I have recently had a series of unfortunate experiences. I'm in need of help to leave a living situation that's become unsafe as soon as possible. My landlord and roommate have made it a place that is uncomfortable and I am scared to be there when he took advantage of me when i was drunk and sexually assaulted me. I am sorry, it's also hard for me to come up with words for this. I go work in Chicago one week a month while working towards licenses in Oregon. But I am struggling financially and can't afford to get out on my own. My landlord/roommate had been giving me a lower rent while I am taking classes for real estate. I have been trying to get ahead but am not there yet.
