Leanna has been my best friend for almost 20 years, and right now her family is facing an unimaginable challenge. Her 3-week-old baby was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive cancer, and since birth the tumor has nearly doubled in size. The baby will need surgery and chemotherapy, which means Leanna and her fiancé will have to stay in Cleveland for an extended period while their little one receives treatment.
This situation has turned their world upside down. Leanna’s fiancé will need to take time off work, and the family will need help covering everyday expenses like meals, travel, and household bills. On top of that, they have two other children who will need babysitters while their parents are away. The emotional and financial strain is overwhelming, and they could use all the support they can get.
Funds raised will go directly toward travel, meals, bills, and childcare, helping Leanna’s family focus on their baby’s recovery instead of worrying about money. Leanna and her family are going through so much, and the last thing they need to worry about is finances during this difficult time. Any support—whether through donations or sharing their story—would mean the world to them.
