Help Leanna and the Cats Keep Shelter

Hello, I am Leanna. I am coming to you for help.

On Monday, 11/11/2024, I was unexpectedly fired from my new job after a recent two month long period of unemployment. I found out even though I was fired, i don’t qualify for unemployment benefits because I didn’t make more than 4400 dollars in the four weeks I was at my new job. I have accrued substantial debt due to being without work. I am desperately applying to every single place I can, up to and including serving positions. It just takes time to find stable employment and I don’t really have time right now.

I recently fought an eviction due to being without work for two months and I’m currently paying off the balance I previously owed. I don’t know how I’m going to pay the balance for the foreseeable future due to losing my job.

I am behind on rent, my car payment, my insurance payments, my phone bill, and so much more. I’ve applied for loans and credit cards but my credit sucks, so I keep getting denied.

I just need a miracle. I don’t want me or my cats to be homeless.
