Help Leahmanda Keep Her Essential Utilities

This is Leahmanda. A 72 year old woman who is having a little trouble with her bills. She has tried every way possible to get assistance but keeps getting denied. If she doesn’t pay her electricity bill by the end of the month, it will be cut off. She will not have a refrigerator and will be unable to use her electric chair to get up and down the stairs.
