Update #2: Leah has just 4 treatments left! Unfortunately, she has lost her health insurance making it pretty much impossible for her to finish the last 4 treatments she needs.

Leah has been such a fighter through this whole process. Staying positive and hopeful. She has shown tremendous strength. As a single mom, life doesn’t stop. She’s been working and doing the absolute best she can but with her loss of insurance the future of her treatments has stalled and she needs all the help she can get!

UPDATE: Leah has now completed her 5th round of chemo and is almost halfway done! She’s staying strong and positive!

If you know Leah, you know she’s the kind of person who gives everything she has to the people she loves — especially her child. She's a single mom who’s built her world around being there, showing up, and putting her child first no matter what. She's selfless to a fault, always offering help before ever asking for it.

Now she needs us.

Leah was recently diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer, and she’s about to start six months of chemotherapy. The treatment will be intense, and it means she won’t be able to work during this time. As the sole provider for her and her daughter, that’s a terrifying reality — one no parent should have to face while also fighting for their life.

We’re raising funds to help cover medical costs, household expenses, and everything else that adds up fast. Every dollar helps ease her burden so she can focus on healing — and on being the amazing mom she always is.
