When the kindest, most helpful person in the world meets an unimaginable obstacle, that is the time for friends, family and the community to come together to support her and let her know we have her back!
Lea Harry has been a paraprofessional aide extraordinaire who has touched and bettered the lives of so many children, families and staff at Union Grove and Waterford elementary schools. She is also a treasured friend to so many!
Lea was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in April and has not been able to spend time with her beloved students since then. She began chemotherapy in May and will continue with it until the end of October. November brings 28 straight days of radiation. In December, she will rest and let her immune system bounce back to have her pancreas removed surgically in January.
Any donation, thoughts and/or prayers are so very appreciated!
