Help Lea, a Single Mom Recover from a Heart Attack

Our friend Lea is in need.   She's a young, single mom with two boys.  Without warning, Lea suffered a heart attack and is currently recovering. Lea is one of the hardest working people we know.  She's reliable, cares about her work and works long days in a physical job to support her family.  Despite this, Lea doesn't have any benefits through her employer-no paid time off, no health insurance and no short-term disability.  When she's not working, she has no income. 

Income loss combined with medical bills can become disastrous very quickly without a safety net.  With two young children to care for, Lea needs our help now so she can keep her family safe, pay bills and keep food on the table.  It's unclear when she can return to work, but with a major medical issue, she will need to adjust the physical aspect of her work. 

These funds will be used to help Lea and her two boys by keeping the bills paid and assistance with on-going medical care while she is unable to work.  Please consider helping out Lea and her family-even a small donation will help her.
