My name is Layla Ahmed, and I have the incredible honor of serving as Miss Junior on Clark Atlanta University’s 36th Royal Court. As the current Miss Junior, I am a natural born leader who thrives on giving back and uplifting others. My journey has been defined by my commitment to serving the CAU community and beyond. From my involvement in various organizations, I have consistently worked to inspire, support, and connect with those around me. My platform focuses on Leading with Love and centers around being a queen for the people, by the people, and with the people. I aim to show that the crown does not set me apart but rather brings me closer to those I serve. Through authenticity, approachability, and a vision to redefine what royalty means at CAU, I strive to build a legacy of connection and community. I have actively pushed this platform through my social media presence and the creation of initiatives like The Queen Diaries on Instagram, where I share the realities of life as an HBCU royal. This series provides transparency, relatability, and inspiration for students to see the ups and downs of leadership. My goal is to ensure that every student feels heard, valued, and supported. My dedication to this platform is also evident in the recognition I have received, including being named Most Influential Sophomore, Most Community Service Sophomore, Best CAU Content Creator. These accolades are a testament to my commitment to making a difference and leading with purpose. As I continue this journey, I am passionate about showing others that true royalty is rooted in service, love, and the power of community. Inspired by this purpose, I am running for Miss Clark Atlanta University to continue connecting with and serving the CAU community with heart and purpose.

I cannot successfully achieve this goal without you. I need your support to help make sure I have the resources needed to run my campaign. I am asking for your help starting now. Please donate $25, $50, $75, $100, $200 - or whatever you can contribute. $2,000 will cover my royal court dues and the rest of the funds will help pay for campaign flyers, t-shirts, media advertisements, attire, and more.
