Help Us Honor Willma Eloise Thomas

My name is Eboni Roberts, and I am reaching out during one of the most difficult times in my life. My mother, Willma Eloise Thomas, was a caring, selfless, and strong woman who never hesitated to help others. She was the kind of person who would give you the shirt off her back, and her kindness touched everyone she met. Recently, my mother had been battling diabetes. The medication she was prescribed made her extremely sick, causing her to lose weight rapidly and feel lightheaded. Despite her strength, her health declined quickly. I last saw my mom on Friday, May 30th, 2025, and by Sunday evening, June 1st, she was gone. The suddenness of her passing has left our family heartbroken and struggling to cope with this tremendous loss.

Unfortunately, we discovered that my mother’s insurance policies have lapsed, and despite her making payments, we have not been able to locate any active coverage. This has left us with the full responsibility of covering her cremation expenses. The cost of the cremation, along with an urn and keepsake necklace, is more than we can manage on our own. My brother Abdul and I are doing everything we can, but time is of the essence, and we need help to give our mother the dignified farewell she deserves. Every donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward her cremation costs. We are deeply grateful for any support you can offer during this difficult time.
