Many of you know that I am the caregiver of my family. My uncle, William Creecy aka Billy, has passed away and what used to be his girlfriend is the beneficiary of his insurance policy. They were together for over 40+ years. Upon his death, she declared she is no longer "family" and decided not to acknowledge or honor his policy. My uncle's body will be disposed of and Mary will be sued by March Funeral Home because Constance Gray will not cash in the policy to cover his funeral expenses. We have tried to reason with her and it has been determined that she never cared for or loved my uncle. Mary and I need help. Please help us to lay her brother to rest.
