Waylon was a beautiful soul who left this world far too soon. At just five years old, he brought so much light and joy to our family. Tragically, he slipped, hit his head, and fell into the pool, leading to a drowning accident. Despite spending 30 minutes trying to revive him, the swelling in his brain caused him to lose all brain activity, and he did not make it through the night. Our hearts are broken, and my older sister is struggling to cope with the unimaginable loss of her child.

Waylon deserves a proper burial and a farewell that honors his memory. The funds raised will help cover funeral expenses, a gravestone, the service, and a memorial to celebrate and remember this sweet, beautiful little boy. My sister simply cannot afford to give Waylon the goodbye he deserves, and we are reaching out for help from our community.
