“Dub” was a devoted member of Grace Community Fellowship Baptist Church and a devoted grandfather to Heather Michelle!

We are raising funds to help cover the unexpected costs of laying Walter “Dub” Plyler to rest. Dub already had a plot and headstone at Gethsemane Cemeteries & Memorial Gardens, but due to a mix-up, he was taken to Hartsell Funeral Home, where they are now requiring $900 to release his death certificate so we can get his will! Heather is the only relative capable of sorting this out and lives 4 hours away at Holden Beach and is missing work to travel. This is why we have an additional amount added in order to help her sort this!

On top of that, Hartsell Funeral Home is quoting funeral costs around $12,000, which was never the plan. We are working to resolve this, but in the meantime, we urgently need to raise $900 to move forward with his burial.

Once this occurs, we will be able to provide his memorial service information!
