Tamika was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2012. She bravely underwent a mastectomy, reconstruction, chemotherapy, and radiation, and with treatment, she went into remission. However, five years ago, she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure caused by the very chemo and radiation that saved her life.

Sadly, on July 3rd, Tamika passed away due to her congestive heart failure. She was only 43 years old.

Tamika was always denied life insurance because of her health conditions, and we are now in urgent need of help to cover her final expenses. We are raising $15,000 to give her a proper funeral service and burial, and to provide immediate support for her six beautiful children she leaves behind. This includes essentials such as food and housing costs to ease their burden during this heartbreaking transition.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend who fought so hard to stay here with us. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help us honor her life with dignity and care for the children she loved so deeply.
