My wife Sonja and I were on our way to visit her brother in Paris, Missouri, when everything changed in an instant. We stopped at a convenience store in Hannibal, and while sitting at a table inside, Sonja suddenly began to pass out. Her heart rate dropped dangerously low, and I called for an ambulance right away. When the paramedics arrived, her heart rate was in the low 30s, dipping even lower at times. They rushed her to Hannibal Regional Hospital around lunchtime, and the doctors did everything they could. She coded for the first time at 8:30 this morning, but they were able to bring her back. Sadly, Sonja passed away at 10 AM. I am completely lost without her. The loss was so sudden and unexpected, and I am struggling to find a way forward.
I want to give Sonja the burial she deserves, but I am broke and penniless. Even a simple funeral can cost thousands of dollars, and I have no way to come up with that amount on my own. Sonja was the love of my life, and I can't bear the thought of her not having a proper burial. If anyone can help me do this for her, it would mean the world to me. She was my world, and I am deeply grateful for any support during this difficult time. Thank you for reading and for any help you can give.
