Ruby Fairley passed away on December 23, 2025, at the age of 68 after a courageous battle with stage 4 lung cancer. She was a loving mother who always put her family first and touched the lives of everyone who knew her. For over 15 years, Ruby faithfully paid into an accidental death and dismemberment insurance policy, believing it would help cover her funeral expenses. Unfortunately, this policy only applies in the case of accidental death, leaving our family without the support we thought we had.

Now, as we grieve her loss, we are also faced with the challenge of covering the costs of her funeral and burial. We want to honor Ruby’s memory and give her the farewell she deserves, but we cannot do it alone. That’s why I am reaching out to the community for help. Any donation, no matter how small, will help us lay my mother to rest and ease the financial burden on our family.
