My sister Ruby Arballo was killed in a car accident last week. We are trying to raise money for funeral expenses and to help with any other expenses.

In the last 3 months, we have buried Ruby’s MIL and our father and now my sister. She leaves behind 3 children, the youngest being 13, and lots of family and friends. We are still seeking answers, but also trying to lay her to rest

Investigators determined that a 42-year-old Ceres woman was driving a black 2003 Mercedes ML500 southbound on State Route 41 when, for still-unknown reasons, the vehicle traveled across the roadway and down an embankment before colliding with a concrete drainage wall, the CHP said.

The 42-year-old driver and a 42-year-old female passenger were removed from the vehicle and transported to Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center for further medical treatment, noted the local law enforcement agency.

The passenger in the collision later died from her injuries at the hospital. Ruby was the passenger.
