My dad, Roy Botts, was an amazing father, grandfather, uncle, and brother. He loved spending time with his granddaughters, being outside, arrowhead hunting, tending to his garden, and fixing things around the house. He was always happiest when surrounded by family, sharing stories, and making memories with those he loved most.

Recently, our family was overjoyed when Dad was declared cancer-free after a tough surgery. He was so excited about the future and was even putting together a three-wheel tricycle so he could take his granddaughters arrowhead hunting with him. But on February 13th, everything changed—he woke up, had a massive stroke, and passed away suddenly. We are devastated by this loss, especially after celebrating his recovery and looking forward to more time together.

Dad had been paying into a life insurance policy for 10 years so that me and my brother wouldn't have to worry or struggle when his time came. Tragically, we discovered after his passing that the policy was a scam and doesn't exist. We were not expecting to have to pay for a funeral, and now we can't even afford to bury my dad. I'm just asking if anybody can help with any little amount so that I can give my dad a proper burial. Not being able to afford to bury your dad is heartbreaking, and any support would mean the world to our family.
