My mom, Rosie G Hernandez, was born on December 5, 1961, in Carlsbad, New Mexico. She moved to Glendale, Arizona in 1990, where she built a life filled with hard work and love. Rosie dedicated over 10 years to her job at Amazon, always striving to provide for her family. She was a devoted mother to two boys, Brian Martinez and myself, Estefan Hinojos, and a loving grandmother to Braden and Ariana Martinez. Her strength and kindness touched everyone who knew her.
On April 1, my mom was diagnosed with cirrhosis. From that moment, she faced a tough battle with courage and grace. Despite the challenges, she remained hopeful and surrounded by the love of her family. Now, my mom has chosen to go home to our Heavenly Father. Today, April 28, 2026, I am honoring her wishes to bring her home and let her rest in peace in our family home, just as she wanted.
I am reaching out to our community to help give my mom the proper burial she deserves. Your support will help cover the funeral and burial expenses, allowing us to lay her body to rest with dignity and love. I want to thank everyone who has ever known and loved my mom—your kindness means the world to us. Anything you can give will help, and we are deeply grateful for your support during this difficult time.
