Help Lay Regina Phothong to Rest

On September 5th, our family experienced a heartbreaking tragedy. Our beloved cousin, daughter, and sister, Regina Phothong, was reported missing after leaving home in the middle of the night while everyone was asleep. Regina was 36 years old and non-verbal autistic.

Despite the community’s efforts and support in searching for her, Regina was sadly found the next morning in our neighbor’s pool while the family was away on vacation. This was a tragic accident, and our family has been left devastated by the loss of someone so deeply loved.

Regina was a gentle soul who touched our lives in ways words can’t fully capture. She will forever be remembered for the love and light she brought to our family.

We are reaching out during this difficult time to ask for help with funeral and memorial expenses. Any donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward honoring Regina’s life and giving her the proper farewell she deserves.

We are truly grateful for the outpouring of support, prayers, and love from our community. Thank you for helping us bring Regina home and for standing with us in our grief.
