Help lay our precious Nick to rest.

Hi, my name is Rachel, on the 17th of April my beautiful Nephew Nicholas Taylor (15) passed away after a sudden unexpected cardiac arrest. My heart is breaking for my sister Gail Taylor and her husband Andrew. They are devastated beyond words.
