My grandma is a very kind and friendly woman, known for her sense of humor and her ability to talk to just about anyone. She has been a single mother who raised three children and then went on to raise three grandchildren on her own. Her family and coworkers remember her fondly for her warmth, generosity, and unwavering support. As the second to last child out of sixteen siblings, she has built a legacy of love and resilience, with only one sibling remaining. She is also a devoted great-grandmother and a faithful Catholic, whose faith has guided her throughout her life.

She is currently on hospice care, and our family is preparing for her transition. We want to honor her memory by giving her the farewell she deserves when the time comes. Our wish is to bury her with her mother in Southern California, even though we live in northern Nevada. The anticipated costs of transportation, burial, and hosting a service for loved ones to pay their respects are significant, and we want to make sure everyone has the chance to say goodbye and find peace.
