My mom always told me she wanted the song 'Spirit in the Sky' played when she died. Losing her in a house fire has been so tragic and unexpected. She had suffered a stroke and couldn’t move her left side, which meant she couldn’t get out in time. We were so much alike, and I’ll always cherish the memories of us singing along to songs like 'Sad Eyes' and 'Life in the Fast Lane.' We even recorded ourselves once, just for fun. Music was something special we shared, and those moments will stay with me forever.

We also used to watch 'In the Heat of the Night' together, which was another special way we bonded. She loved her dogs deeply. One of them sadly passed away in the fire, but the other managed to make it out. Our family is small, but we have a lot of love for each other, and her loss leaves a huge hole in our lives. We’re now facing the difficult task of saying goodbye and trying to cover funeral expenses, which is why I’m reaching out for help.
