My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer at the end of September. From that moment, our lives changed completely. She moved in with me, and I became her caregiver, doing everything I could to make her comfortable and hopeful. We spent countless days and nights in and out of the hospital, always wishing for better news, but her condition continued to worsen. On December 30, 2025, at 10:45 pm, my mother gained her wings and left this world. The loss is overwhelming, and the pain of saying goodbye is something I never imagined I’d have to face so soon.
Now, I am hoping to give my mother the proper farewell she deserves. She did not have life insurance, and times are hard. The costs of funeral arrangements and final expenses are more than I can manage alone. My mother was such a loving and caring person—she would give you the shirt off her back. If you knew her, you know she had a heart of gold, and even if you didn’t, she would have done the same for you. Her kindness touched so many lives, and I want to honor her memory in the best way I can.
If you are able to help, I would be deeply grateful for your support. Every contribution, no matter the size, will help me lay my mother to rest and celebrate the beautiful person she was. Thank you for reading our story and for any kindness you can share during this difficult time.
