It is with unimaginable heartbreak that I am asking for help during one of the most devastating moments of my life. Nearly three years ago, my daughter was brutally murdered while she was pregnant. After a long, painful journey through the justice system, I have recently been notified that my unborn grandson will finally be released from evidence so that he can be laid to rest. This news comes with overwhelming emotion. While I am grateful to finally be able to bring him home and reunite him with his mother, the financial burden of cremation and final arrangements is something I was not prepared for so suddenly.

I am now responsible for handling my grandson’s cremation so that he can rest eternally with his mother, where he belongs. No family ever expects to plan final arrangements for a child—especially one taken before ever having a chance at life. Funds raised will go directly toward cremation services, final arrangements to reunite him with his mother, and any related memorial expenses.
