My name is Kim and Mountain Mike McDonald was my brother. Mike died unexpectedly Saturday night, and I am asking for help to lay my brother to rest. Mike was definitely built from a different mold, and if you knew Mike you know exactly what I mean. He was born a middle child and was the last blood connection to my parents that I had. No matter what he did or what our relationship was, he was my brother and I'm going to miss him so much.
