My son, Michael Anthony Ramirez Jr, was born on October 11th, 2025, and from the very beginning, he showed us what it means to be strong. He came into this world with heart problems, and just a couple of weeks later, we learned he had Trisomy 18. This diagnosis was heartbreaking, as we knew it meant our time with him would be limited. Despite the challenges, every moment with Michael Jr was a blessing. He filled our lives with love and taught us to cherish each day. For 52 beautiful days, we held him close, made memories, and surrounded him with all the love we had. On December 2nd, Michael Jr went home to be with my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Our hearts are broken, but we are grateful for every second we had with our precious boy. Now, as we face the difficult task of saying goodbye, we are reaching out for help. The costs of giving Michael Jr a final resting place and handling all that comes with burying a loved one are overwhelming.
