Hello, my name is Imelda Medina, and I am creating this fundraiser with a heavy heart. Our family is grieving the sudden and tragic loss of my beloved cousin, Maribel Medina.
On Monday, November 25th, 2025, Maribel's life was cut short in a devastating car accident during her morning commute to work. The suddenness of this tragedy has left our family reeling.
Maribel was a loving mother to two beautiful daughters, aged 17 and 9, and an older son. The profound loss they are experiencing is unimaginable. While our grief is deep, especially during the holiday season—a time for family—we are determined to give Maribel the dignified burial she deserves. We want to create a space where her daughters, family, and friends can properly say goodbye and find some closure.
We humbly ask for your support in covering the funeral and burial costs. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference for our family during this impossible time.

Hola, mi nombre es Imelda Medina, y creo esta campaña con el corazón destrozado. Nuestra familia está pasando por el doloroso e inesperado fallecimiento de mi querida prima, Maribel Medina.
El lunes 25 de noviembre de 2025, la vida de Maribel fue truncada en un trágico accidente automovilístico mientras se dirigía a su trabajo por la mañana. Lo repentino de esta tragedia ha dejado a nuestra familia en profundo dolor.
Maribel era una madre amorosa de dos hijas hermosas, de 17 y 9 años, y de un hijo mayor. La pérdida tan profunda que ellas están viviendo es inimaginable. Aunque nuestro dolor es inmenso, especialmente en esta época de días festivos —tiempo para la familia—, estamos decididos a darle a Maribel un sepelio digno que se merece. Queremos crear un espacio donde sus hijas, su familia y sus amistades puedan despedirse adecuadamente y encontrar un poco de paz.
Por ello, humildemente les pedimos su apoyo para cubrir los gastos del funeral y del entierro. Cada contribución, por más pequeña que sea, hará una gran diferencia para nuestra familia en este momento tan difícil.
