Hello, my name is Elizabeth, and my family could really use some help right now. Sadly, our mother, Maria King, passed away on the 22nd of December, and it's left our father trying to pick up the pieces. We're asking those that knew her and knew how kind and giving she was to find it in their hearts to help our father.

Our mother was more than just a mother; she was a wife, a grandmother, and a great-grandmother. She will be missed by all of those who knew and loved her. She was a strong woman who never complained about anything and took on the world with her head held high. She loved her family, her husband, her children, but most of all, her grandchildren. She was a woman with very little fear and loved to play bingo. She put her own needs to the side to make sure everyone else was taken care of. I like to think we can only strive to be the person/woman she was.

So with a heavy heart I ask that if you can please help in any way we will forever be grateful. Any donation, big or small, will help us this Christmas to lay a wonderful woman to rest. We thank you, and God bless.
