It’s never easy to ask for help, especially during times like these, but our family is facing an unimaginable loss. Our wonderful, precious mother, Macie Beaty—known as 'Momma' to anyone who knew her—passed away suddenly. Macie’s journey over the past year was incredibly hard. In 2023, she developed sepsis and had her colon removed, which left her unable to walk or do the things she loved. Her life changed in an instant, and she endured so much pain and hardship. Despite everything, Macie was a fighter. She never wanted to leave her grandbabies behind and always put others before herself, even when she was hurting. She was the kind of person who would help anyone, preferring to see herself suffer rather than let someone else go without. Her kindness, generosity, and genuine love touched everyone around her. She was a supportive mother and grandmother, and she was deeply loved by so many people.

With everything happening so suddenly, our family is struggling to figure out how to pay for her funeral. Macie was so young and didn’t have any life insurance. She leaves behind three children and four precious grandbabies who love her dearly. We want to give her the farewell she deserves, but we need help to make that possible.
