Leon Powell was my father-in-law, and he meant so much to our family. He was a hard worker who faced many challenges, especially with drug addiction. Despite his struggles, Leon was always trying to get and stay clean, and we saw how much effort he put into turning his life around. His passing was sudden and heartbreaking, and it has left a huge void in our lives. Unfortunately, Leon did not have life insurance, and the costs for his funeral and burial have fallen entirely on us.

The funeral service and burial plot are significant expenses. My wife was Leon’s only child, and together we are doing our best to honor his memory and give him the respectful farewell he deserves. However, we simply do not have the funds to cover these expenses on our own. We are reaching out to our community for support during this incredibly difficult time.
