My mom, Kim Lee, had been missing since April 28, 2025. She was last seen at Roanoke Memorial Hospital on April 28, 2025. I spent this week in Roanoke looking for her, only to find out by an investigator that was assigned this case, that my mother had passed on May 14, 2025. She was a Jane Doe until the investigator found her at the Roanoke Memorial Hospital. My mom did not have any type of life insurance, please help me to put her to rest. Her wishes were to be cremated and I will be spreading her ashes on her parents' grave. Since she was a Jane Doe, she was a ward of the state. There's a process and money that has to be paid to claim her body for cremation. Please, any amount will help. This news was unexpected and is hurting me terribly.
