Our family is currently navigating a winding road of grief for 17-year-old Katron Kane Walker, after the unimaginable loss of his life in a car accident in Texas. In just a matter of days, Randi and her family have been left facing a heartbreak no parent should ever have to endure.
Katron was the firstborn son of Randi Hill and Katron Walker, Sr., and now, while grieving this devastating loss, the family is also carrying the painful responsibility of bringing him home, preparing his funeral and laying him to rest.
After receiving so much love and support, and because so many people are asking how they can help, this fundraiser is being set up for those who'd like to stand with the family during this painful time.
Please know that all funds from this fundraiser will go toward Katron’s funeral expenses so his family can give him the homegoing he deserves. Memorial towels and T-shirts are also available, with proceeds going toward the same expenses.
On behalf of Randi, Katron and our entire family, we are deeply grateful for everyone who has prayed, called, shown up, and supported the family during this painful time. If you are able, please consider donating or sharing this fundraiser to help honor Katron one last time. If you are not able, your prayers and sharing will be just as sufficient.
Every act of kindness, every prayer, and every show of support means more than words can say as the family remembers Katron, forever 17 and forever loved.
