On June 20, 2025, our beloved Aunt Julia passed away after a long and painful battle with alcoholism. She was only 40 years old—a mother, a sister, an aunt, a friend, and someone who tried every single day to be better for the people she loved. At the center of her world was her son, a bright, kindhearted 9-year-old boy who was truly her greatest joy and deepest purpose.
Julia’s life wasn’t easy, and like many who struggle with addiction, she faced inner battles most never saw. But through it all, her love for her son never wavered. She did everything she could to be a good mom, and those who knew her know how fiercely she loved her son and how deeply she wanted to be there for him.
Now that Julia is gone, our family is trying to raise funds to cover her funeral expenses. We also hope to provide some financial support to help son through this life-altering loss.
Addiction does not define who someone is. Julia was not her illness. She was human—and she was loved. We want to honor her memory with grace and give her the peaceful farewell she deserves.
If you're able to donate, we are incredibly grateful. If you can't, please consider sharing this with others. Every dollar and every share brings us one step closer to easing this burden and showing her son that his mom’s life—and her love—meant something.
Thank you for your support,
