On May 28th my best friend lost her 1 year old daughter Jream A’Mia Polk. We are still unable to establish the cause of death but she had left daycare unresponsive being rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. Where they performed C.P.R for 27 minutes. Later at the hospital the doctors informed my best friend that her daughter was not breathing on her own and she had internal bleeding in the back of her head. At 11:28 pm Jream took a turn for the worse she could no longer fight her fight and was called home. Jream has life insurance but it was a fairly new policy and has not been active long enough . Jream leaves behind a loving mother and father 2big sister and 3 older brothers great grandparents and grandparents as well as a army of aunts and uncles. As we are all deeply sadden by the death of baby Jream we are all trying our best to help Tierra raise money to lay Jream to rest in a unicorn princess dream .Anything will help and will be greatly appreciated.
