As many of you know, after a gut-wrenching two-week search, John “John Boy” Adwell was found deceased in Cave City. What his family feared most has now become a heartbreaking reality. John’s loved ones are deeply grateful to everyone who searched, shared posts, and lifted John and his family up in prayer. This is not the outcome anyone was hoping for, and those who loved John are still trying to process this unexpected loss while searching for answers.

John did not have life insurance to help cover funeral and burial expenses. His children and family are heartbroken and are now facing the painful task of laying him to rest while also carrying the weight of those final costs. This fundraiser is being created to help ease that financial burden so John’s children and family can focus on grieving and honoring his memory, and so he can be laid to rest with the dignity he deserved.
