Our sweet JJ fought as long & as hard as he could. He left behind many broken hearts. But God needed him more. Anyone that has ever had the pleasure of knowing JJ knows how sweet, selfless & easy going, he was.
On May 6, 2020 he had a heart and liver transplant. During the transplant surgery JJ experienced complications of the lungs. His lungs never recovered. He passed away at the age 38 on March 3, 2021 at Cedar Sinai Hospital, Los Angeles CA.
JJ went through a lot & faced many medical challenges in his life, but still made sure everyone around him was happy. He always found a way to make others laugh. We will always cherish all the sweet memories he leaves behind.

We ask our friends and family who are in a position to help lay JJ to rest, please donate. Our hope is to help JJ’s father, Uncle Frank, with some of the funeral costs. All funds will be sent directly to Frank.

J will be missed so very much and his memory will live in our hearts forever.
