Jessica was lovingly cared for by her mother and sons over the past four years, and her sudden decline came as a heartbreaking shock to our family. Jessica was a devoted daughter to Yolanda Diaz and Rene Perez, and a loving mother to her two sons, Jayden Perez Herd and Derrick Jones.
