My brother, Jerel Smith, was killed on March 26th after a disagreement turned tragic. Our family is heartbroken and wants to honor his memory by giving him a proper burial in California. Jerel was only 29 years old, and he leaves behind a child and loved ones who are struggling to cope with this loss.
