It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of Georgie Caran, the beloved 19-year-old son of Jorge Caran. His life was taken far too soon, and his loss has left a devastating void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Georgie was funny, smart, and outgoing, with a personality that could light up any room. He had a natural gift for making people laugh and brought joy wherever he went. He also loved to cook — a passion he learned from his Abuelo, who he deeply admired. Georgie was a bright light in our family, and his absence is felt in every corner of our hearts.

My name is Araceli Caran, and I’m Georgie’s Tía. I’m organizing this GoFundMe on behalf of my brother, Jorge Caran, who is now facing every parent’s worst nightmare. Jorge is a deeply loving, attentive, and devoted father — the kind of dad who has always put his children first.
