On October 29th 2025 Eddie was on his way home from work when he was shot and killed. He was senselessly murdered, in an unprovoked act of violence. Eddie's mother, step father, and sisters continue to fight for justice for Eddie's tragic and untimely death.

We appreciate the love and privacy that the family has received since the announcement of Eddie’s death. As we continue to work through the grief of this incredible loss and prepare and plan on services after the new year, his mother, Patti, and sisters, Monica and Laura, have made the decision to lay Eddie to rest alongside his father Edward Hervey at Rose Hills.
