Hi, I’m starting this fundraiser for my husband and father-in-law. Tragically, Lynn’s youngest son, Dustin, only 43, got a severe infection; sepsis, and was immediately rushed to the hospital and admitted to the ICU but sadly passed away just a short 24 hours or so later.

Unfortunately, Dustin has been in a care home for close to a decade because of multiple medical problems stemming from his Type 1 diabetes and other various conditions. We were not aware Dustin had no life insurance to help lay him to rest.

We met with the mortuary today. The most inexpensive cremation is $3800. That’s what we will be doing. Not because it was the cheapest, but Dustin didn’t want us to fuss over him.
