Join us as we unite as a loving community to honor a Coachella Valley patriot here over 51 years. It’s sad to bring to your attention that the love of my life, my best friend, and soulmate, David Reyes, Jr., passed away on January 31st, 2025.

He leaves behind his father and mother, 3 children, a stepson, 4 grandchildren, a brother, 2 nephews and a great niece.

David had been fighting a battle for the past five years. He beat stage three colon cancer with chemotherapy, which unfortunately resulted in congestive heart failure. David never gave up hope and appreciated every day he had. If you asked him how he was doing, he always answered, “I’m doing great.” Sadly, he lost his battle on January 31, 2025. David is now resting in peace and reunited with his other brother.

I’m asking for donations to help towards the cost of laying him to rest. Any amount, big or small, will help and is very much appreciated.
