It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Daniel Nedelcu, aged 57, who left us on the 12th of June. Daniel was a passionate advocate, a community leader, and a dear friend to many. As Chairperson of both the Dynamic Formation Association and the Limerick Migrant Integration Forum, he dedicated his life to supporting and uplifting others, especially within the Romanian and all other migrant communities in Ireland.

Daniel’s sudden passing has left a profound void in the lives of all who knew him. Now, we are coming together to honor his memory and fulfill one final wish: to bring him home to Romania, where his beloved sister and family await to lay him to rest.

We are seeking your support to cover the costs of repatriating Daniel from Ireland to Romania, as well as to assist with funeral and burial expenses. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference during this difficult time.
