The Carlsbad Police Department would like to extend our condolences to the family of Corporal Wayne Atchley. Cpl. Atchley was known as the "motorcycle cop". He was an awesome officer and an even more tremendous person, mentor, friend, husband, father, and grandfather. If you could find it in your heart to donate to the family of Cpl.
