Help Lay Christopher to Rest with Dignity,

Our family recently suffered the loss of Christopher Duarte, who passed away on October 12th in a car crash 2 minutes away from home. It breaks our heart to see our beloved son/ brother, gone too soon. Chris was someone who loved and cared for others deeply, and always tried to put a smile on your face with his charisma and humor.

Our wish is to have him be laid to rest in our homeland, El Salvador where my wife and I plan on retiring within the next few years, in order to visit and look after him. We would love to have him surrounded by the people who loved him most in the country he loved the most. We are doing everything we can to make this possible, but the cost of preparing and transporting the body out of the country , along with funeral arrangements here and there, is more than our family can handle alone. Christopher worked with his 60 year old father in construction, unfortunately under these circumstances our father can no longer work with out his right hand man and our father suffers with physical pain from his job , anything else would help our family for what’s to come after Christopher’s funeral. We know times are hard for everyone, and we appreciate every bit of love, prayer, and support you can share. From the bottom of our hearts- thank you for being there for our family and Chris, so he could have the farewell he deserves.

Con el corazón roto compartimos que nuestro querido hijo Christopher perdió la vida anoche en un trágico accidente automovilístico. Su partida nos ha dejado un inmenso dolor y un vacío imposible de llenar. Estamos organizando su velorio y entierro, y lamentablemente los gastos más de lo que nuestra familia puede afrontar en este momento. Por eso, con mucha humildad, pedimos su ayuda para poder ayudar nos llevar su cuerpo adonde están todos sus familiares en El Salvador y despidir a Christopher como se merece. Cualquier donación, por muy pequeña que sea, será de gran ayuda para cubrir los gastos funerarios y del sepelio.
