I just want to start by thanking everyone for anything that they can spare at this time. This is not my story, but this beautiful soul has now gained her wings and is flying high with the one and only Heavenly Father. Cheryl was a peaceful soul and only wanted her days spent with her kids and grandkids. She went through her journey fighting every day with her daughter Amber, living out her final wishes on the smiling faces of her loved ones, especially her grandbabies, as those faces, their laughter, and love kept her moving in such a way to keep her with us this long.

Cheryl spent the last year of her life living for her and only her, and for anyone that knew her, she deserved every minute of it. She was free and her happiest. Cheryl was a dedicated homemaker and a mama to everyone. Cheryl cared for everyone around and treated all kids as her own.

Cheryl put up a fight in and out of the hospital for about three months when we got the news that there was nothing else that could be done for her, the ultimate decision placed in the hands of God. In her last hours, she spent time with her loved ones and her most favorite, which was her daughter who has been there every step of the way. We know Cheryl was accepted at Heaven's gates on a white horse to be reunited with her parents, her baby Zeus, and the Almighty God himself. To finally heal her mind, body, and soul, to comfort her and live out her wishes.
