Chastity Monique or as everyone so lovingly called her, Chas was a 38yr old devoted mom to two; Delilah and Anthony. They, as well as her 4 bonus children were her pride and joy. Not only was Chas a devoted mom she was also a daughter, granddaughter, sister, cousin, tia, nina and best friend. We can't forget that she was also a dog mom to Blitz.

It is with a humble heart that I along with my brother Anthony reach out to family and friends for help during this unimaginable time.

On Friday April 17th my mommy had a severe asthma attack and after a trip to the emergency room where she was given a breathing treatment she was discharged to "go home and rest". Within 15min of getting home from the emergency room my mommy again, suffered a severe asthma attack but only this time she would not recover.

In the wake of this tragic, unexpected and untimely death of our mother, myself and Anthony humbly request your help with donations to lay our mommy to rest.
