Help Lay Charlie Ward to Rest

Charles "Charlie" Ward, 63, was involved in a tragic bicycle/car accident on Wednesday, 1/8/25, on Michigan Ave. He was transferred to Parkview Hospital, where he passed.

Charlie is well known throughout our community for riding his bike up and down town.

The family is asking for help to put Charlie to rest.

This is not a scam. I have been Charles caregiver for the past three years. He lived with me and my family. Prior to the three years he was in the care of my mother in-law, Floretta "Sue" Brouse, who passed in December 2021.

We are raising money for his cremation and I will be planning a memorial service, with the help of his family, after his remains are returned.

Cremation arrangements will be done by Ellis Funeral home located in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
