Help Lay Cedric Loftis to Rest

My Brother Cedric Loftis was walking to the store and was in the crosswalk on His Way back Home on Martin Luther King blvd and Owen’s when a Car Ran a Red Light Hit Him and Kept driving As if My brother’s life meant nothing. My Brother died from the injuries he sustained, and The person that took his life has a bail and he is not even charged with Murder or Vehicular Homicide which is a Huge injustice and needs to be corrected.My Brother has 3 Children That will never get to See Him Again. And a family that Loves Him and are struggling During this Very Difficult time, I’m asking for help with Laying My Brother to Rest anything helps Thanks For whatever Support anyone can give Us. All Proceeds will Go towards Laying Cedric to Rest and to His Children who are now without a Father
