My son Cayden Alston Arnold was a bright, fun young man who brought so much joy to our family. At just 15 years old, he loved playing football and basketball, and he was always eager to learn new things. Cayden was my first born and a loving brother to his two sisters. His smile could light up any room, and his kindness touched everyone who knew him.

Tragically, Cayden was taken from us due to an accident involving gun violence. No parent should ever have to experience the pain of losing a child, especially to something so preventable. I believe that children should never be involved with guns, and we must do everything we can to keep them safe. Our family is heartbroken, and we are struggling to come to terms with this unimaginable loss.
